The concrete mixer truck mainly comprises key components such as chassis, mixing tank body, hydraulic system, feeding and discharging system, cleaning system, roller system, operating system, and circuit system. Focus on providing a detailed introduction to several mechanical structural systems:
Chassis system: controls the entire transportation function of the mixer truck, supports the entire upper system, and engine power output, and is connected to the hydraulic pump through a transmission shaft to convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy.

Mixing tank: a container for storing concrete to prevent solidification and segregation of the concrete. The tank body is generally welded from BT300TP sheet metal with a thickness of 5mm and has blades welded inside for mixing concrete.

Hydraulic system: divided into reducer, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, and radiator. Receive the mechanical energy transmitted from the engine convert it into hydraulic energy, and output the mechanical energy through the reducer to provide power for the rotation of the mixing drum. Select different models based on the volume of the mixing tank. (Common reducer brands include ZF, PMP, Sun, and Chinese brand Star Wing reducer; hydraulic motor and pump brands include Rexroth, Danfoss, Sun, and Chinese brand HYTEK).
Material inlet and outlet system: including feeding hopper, bracket, main discharge chute, etc., responsible for material inlet and outlet.


Cleaning system: composed of a water tank, water gun, water pump, etc., used to clean the mixing drum and inlet and outlet ports. The cleaning water pump is available in 12V and 24V options, fully realizing Chinese production.

Roller system: supports the mixing tank. The service life of rollers can be explained from two aspects: firstly, the rollers come into direct contact with the raceway during operation, which has extremely high requirements for their own materials and internal bearings. The general roller body adopts a forged structure to increase the density of the material crystal structure, enhance the mechanical properties of the material, and thus extend the service life. Secondly, regularly and carefully add high-quality butter to the roller bearings to prevent dry grinding and premature damage.

Operating system: controls the speed and direction of rotation of the mixing drum.
Circuit system: including taillights, side marker lights, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle circuit.
